Russian Skillet Stroganoff - Definitely a healthier version of the real thing, and this is a good start but might need some more seasoning.

Coffee Jello
- Easy, yummy, delicious, classy and just plain cool.

That last herb at the top on the far right? Really, I'm dying to know if anyone knows whether Lemon Balm sounds correct. It smells and tastes lemony. If you are in the know and can tell me what it is, I will love you with a link right here. :)

[update: OK, Suzanne Says... is saying definitely Lemon Balm, and ditto from Jientje and Kim - and Mishi, and Shannon, too, thanks!]

We call that "lemon melisses" in Belgium, I love herbs so much, I have it in one of my pots on the patio!
You can keep it, it'll go away in Winter, and it will return next Spring!
Lovely pictures again this week Maggie!

Some ecclectic pics from an ecclectic girl! LOL What exactly is Russian Stroganoff? Is it the same as beef stroganoff? If so, I love that dish and bought a "fresh prepared" version from the Ralphs serice deil because it was on sale for $6.00 and that is cheaper than it will cost me to make it! BTW, how do you embedd the explainations inside the pics to show up when your mouse rolls over them?
Peace,
Diva

Mmmm - coffee jell-o. I'm with Shamelessly - need some herb how-toos. I bought some tomato plants with herbs planted around them this year and most of them have died! Tomato plants are fine, but what gives?
